What kind of business are you and how many people you would like to hire for the summer. What are your hiring preferences? What is the work environment like and what kind of activities are available outside of work hours.

STEP 3 – WE WILL ADVERTISE YOUR JOB

We will present your job requirements to our field agents overseas who will begin the interview process.

STEP 4 – REVIEW APPLICANT RESUMES AND HAVE INTERVIEWS

The pre-selected candidates will be presented to you through resumes and photos.We will assist you in arranging interviews via Skype or phone.

STEP 5 – DOCUMENTATION

Send us copies of your business license, Worker’s Comp insurance, FEIN and Job Offer. A follow-up call from the US Designated Sponsor agency to confirm the employment will complete this process.
